Well, it only took us three tries (third time’s a charm), but it finally happened! After an April filled with cursed, snowy Sundays, we finally got a perfect spring day for our Yoga + Hike excursion at the Overland Park Arboretum! And it was worth the wait.
Just…WOW. What an amazing group of people moving, breathing and cultivating joyful energy. Thank you for sharing in this community exploration and being open to intentional PLAY!

Yesterday was the Vernal Equinox, the official first day of Spring. Congratulations, friends…we’ve made it through the dark season. What better way to celebrate than by getting outside to stretch your libs and feel the sunshine on your skin? Come unfurl with us on April 8th at the Overland Park Arboretum. We will enjoy an easygoing hike through the the trails that open up to a beautiful space to practice yoga.
